Additional Study Information: This study is evaluating genomic screening in Ashkenazi Jewish and Hispanic communities. Genomic screening is done by collecting a blood sample and looking at a person's genes to learn if they are at high risk for certain health problems like cancer or heart disease or are at risk to have a child with a genetic condition. The study is designed to determine the extent to which people are interested in having genetic screening and how what they find out from their screening affects them and their healthcare; to test different ways of educating people about genetic screening to find the best way of communicating this information. The findings from this study will be used in planning a much larger study of genetic screening and in developing an approach to interpreting screening results. If you decide to be part of this study, you will have free genomic screening and learn the results of your genomic screening. The results will also become part of your medical records at Columbia University Medical Center. You will be asked to complete 4 questionnaires; 2 at the start of the study and 2 after you receive the results of the genomic screening. You will receive up to $75 in Amazon gift cards for your participation. There are no visits required with the exception of coming one time to the medical center to have your blood drawn for the genomic study.IRB approved closure to further enrollment on 08/16/2017
