Additional Study Information: The purpose of this research study is to learn whether exercise affects learning and memory in people with anxiety. This is not a treatment study. The exercise program in this study runs for 6 weeks total. Each week, you are required to exercise 4 times for 12-15 minutes on the stepper machine that will be provided for you. You will be asked to visit our clinic in person three times during the study once before you begin the exercise program, once in the middle, and once at the end of the exercise program.
