Additional Study Information: Cochlear implants are devices that restore hearing to deaf individuals. Despite improvements in hearing, many cochlear implant users continue to have problems hearing more complex sounds such as music and speech in noisy environments. Our study aims to evaluate the effect of cochlear implant model and electrode length on hearing, and has the potential to help us understand their role to better care for our deaf patients.
