Additional Study Information: The purpose of this study is to determine whether SPL-108 injection might be useful for the treatment of ovarian cancer. The study will evaluate whether SPL-108 can slow the growth and spread of cancerous cells in your body. If you agree, you will be treated with SPL-108 injection in combination with paclitaxel and we will collect blood and tissue samples from you before and during the study for laboratory assessment and radiologic assessment will occur as well
