Additional Study Information: The SCAN Lab at Columbia University is seeking adults to participate in an fMRI research study investigating how people place their experiences into social and emotional categories. Eligible participants must be able to read and speak English, have normal or corrected-to-normal vision (normal vision while wearing glasses or contacts), must not have a current diagnosis of psychiatric or psychological disorder, and must meet fMRI eligibility requirements. The study takes place at the Jerome Greene Science Center (129th and Broadway). Participants will be compensated approximately $100 for one 3-hour session.
