Additional Study Information:

The purpose of this study is to collect more information about the GORE CARDIOFORM Septal Occluders (GSO device) treatment to close the Patent Foramen Ovale (PFO) to reduce the risk for another stroke.

Do You Qualify?
Have you been recently diagnosed with a stroke of unknown origin (cryptogenic stroke) confirmed by MRI?YesNo
Do you have a hole in the heart (PFO) as confirmed with echocardiograph?YesNo
Do you have a history of or on-going atrial fibrillation/flutter?YesNo
Are you between 18-70 years old?YesNo
