Additional Study Information:

The purpose of the study is to create a prospective observational cohort of healthcare workers to follow and test for COVID-19 antibodies over time to understand how long antibodies last in the blood after infection, and if they correlate with immunity. The other purpose is to describe psychosocial well-being during COVID-19. We want to follow you for a year with testing and questionnaires to learn answers to these questions.
