Additional Study Information: The purpose of this study is to detect Bronchiolitis Obliterans Syndrome (BOS) at an early stage. Bronchiolitis Obliterans (BOS) is a form of chronic lung transplant dysfunction that affects many lung transplant recipients and can limit long-term survival. This study aims to increase the success rate of lung transplants by using advanced imaging tools to process CT scans images and detect this syndrome early so that it can be treated and hopefully prevent its progression. Patients being followed in this study will be required to complete high-resolution CT scans every 3 months until a total of 5 is reached and measure their daily forced expiatory volume.
