Dr. Sadeghi has served on numerous advisory and review panels including serving on the editorial board of the virtual international pediatric pulmonology network subcommittee of American Thoracic Society. He is board certified in sleep medicine, pediatric pulmonology and pediatrics. He has implemented public health measures for pediatric asthma in Stamford, Connecticut that helped reduce the length of stay for inpatient admissions, improve care in the emergency department with better communication to the primary care physicians, improve health delivery to the underserved population by setting up a monthly pro-bono clinic and raise the level of education in the community and primary care providers.
In addition, Dr. Sadeghi set up cystic fibrosis care at Tully Health Center in Stamford, Connecticut. He was instrumental in establishing the field of pediatric pulmonology in Iran. Globally, he has set up lectures, conferences and educational sessions on cystic fibrosis to educate healthcare providers.
