Researchers at Columbia are looking at new treatments to help delay the start of menopause. This is a randomized trial where some women will receive medication and some will receive a placebo. The purpose of this study is to investigate the safety and effectiveness of a study drug called Bimatoprost Sustained Release (SR) compared to treatment with eye drug Timolol.
