We will enroll children with severe early onset obesity (BMI greater than 99th percentile) diagnosed prior to 6 years of age or other endocrine disorders. This is a study of body changes that take place in teenagers who undergo bariatric surgery as a treatment for obesity and obesity-related conditions. Changes will be measured by serial MRI andmetabolomic profiling.
