This is a research study to test a drug MK-1454 that has not been approved for sale. Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) has been approved for use in certain types of melanoma, lung cancer, and head and neck cancer however it has not been approved for lymphoma. The purpose of this study is to test the safety and tolerability of the research study drug MK-1454 and to find the highest dose of MK-1454 that can be given alone or in combination with pemrolizumab with the least risk of serious side effects.
