Additional Study Information: While optical colonoscopy (OC) is considered the gold standard for colorectal cancer screening, there are alternative approaches to visualization of the colon. Participants will receive screening by either colon capsule endoscopy (CCE) and computed tomographic colonography (CTC). They will be instructed to follow a detailed colon preparation regimen prior to and during the randomized CCE or CTC procedure.
