Additional Study Information: We are doing this research study to find out if application of an antiseptic-containing chip (PerioChip) in the pocket around a failing dental implant helps in the treatment of the infection and inflammation around this implant. You are being asked to take part in this study because you have at least one dental implant that has deep pockets with bleeding and loss of bone around it. We will enroll 40 patients like you in our clinic at Columbia University and 290 patients in total across all clinics where this study is conducted.
