Additional Study Information: The purpose of this study is to examine the physical and mental effects of exercise in adults who have experienced a recent traumatic event. Participation in this study requires attending 12 sessions at Teachers College Columbia University over the course of six weeks. Each session will last between 30 and 60 minutes. Participants will be compensated with up to $149.50.
