Additional Study Information: This study is looking to compare the regular dose flu shot to a high dose flu shot, in patients who have had a heart attack in the past year, or have been in the hospital for heart failure in the past 2 years. All subjects enrolled will receive a flu shot and will be closely monitored by the study team.
