Additional Study Information: You are being asked to join this study because you have either been diagnosed with prostate cancer and will be having surgery to remove your prostate or you will be having a prostate biopsy to look for prostate cancer. This study is looking to see if a new imaging device, diffuse optical tomography (DOT), can detect prostate cancer. We will also see if DOT can tell the difference between high risk and low risk prostate cancers. DOT uses light to collect more information about the prostate. The examination using DOT is investigational.
