The purpose of this study is to better understand how young adults use social media for health and wellness and how it influences their attitudes and behaviors. Participants will be asked to participate in a focus group or individual interview to discuss thoughts on health and wellness and how they use social media for it. Participants will also be asked to fill out a brief survey with basic demographic information (e.g. race/ethnicity, education) and general internet and social media usage. For willing participants, we will ask if they can provide names of social media accounts they follow with health-related content. Participants will be paid a $20 gift certificate.
