Additional Study Information: The purpose of this study is to measure how often financial problems happen in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia or multiple myeloma, using questionnaires that collect information about finances and quality of life. In order to get a full picture of the financial impact of chronic lymphocytic leukemia and multiple myeloma, we also want to collect information from your medical records.
