The Center for OCD Research at Columbia University Irving Medical Center is seeking individuals with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) to participate in a research study, at no cost to you. This study is investigating the medicinal effects of nabilone for OCD symptoms. Nabilone is a synthetic form of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), which is one of the active ingredients of marijuana. Participants who enroll will receive study medication or placebo, receive assessments and an MRI scan, and complete behavioral tasks.
