Additional Study Information: We are conducting an NIH-funded study to understand how our bodies respond to and recover from the coronavirus and the COVID-19 disease that it causes. If you received a diagnosis of SARS-COV-2 infection and are recovering/or have recovered from COVID-19, you may be eligible to participate in one or more study visits. At each visit you will be asked to provide a blood and respiratory samples, and to complete a brief questionnaire. You will be compensated $75 for each study visit.

Are you willing to spend 1-2 hours at our Central Harlem office for 1 required visit (there are 3 additional optional visits)? Yes No
