CoVPN 3502/COV 2069: A Phase 3, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Study Assessing the Efficacy and Safety of Anti-Spike SARS-CoV-2 Monoclonal Antibodies in Preventing SARS-Cov-2 Infection in Household Contacts of Individuals Infected with SARS-CoV-2
This study seeks to assess if anti-spike SARS-CoV-2 monoclonal antibodies can prevent COVID in household contacts of individuals with COVID.

Additional Study Information: We are conducting a CoVPN-funded study to understand if monoclonal antibodies can protect people exposed to SARS-COV-2 from developing the COVID-19 disease that it causes. If you live with someone recently diagnosed with COVID, you may be eligible to participate in one or more study visits. At each visit you will be asked to provide blood, nasal, and urine samples, and to complete a brief questionnaire. Not sure if you are eligible? Take the first step and request to be contacted by our study team. We'll follow up by asking you to complete a brief electronic prescreen questionnaire to find out if you meet basic study criteria. If you meet basic criteria, we'll invite you to our research site to review the study and possibly draw blood and collect urine to find out if you meet additional medical criteria. You'll receive $25 for the screening visit. If you're eligible, consent to participate, and are assigned into the study treatment or placebo, you will have a nasal swab and receive the study injections; you'll be compensated $500 for completing the injection visit. We'll also ask you to return to the research site another eight times to complete follow up visits that require blood to be drawn for which you'll be compensated $50 for each visit. Your participation will help inform medical science about COVID and help us learn about COVID prevention efforts.
