Additional Study Information: The C-HEaRT Study: Families with Children Needed for Home-Based COVID-19 Study in Washington Heights/Inwood and Hamilton Heights, NYC. About the study: Weekly, at-home, self-collected nasal swabs (Fall 2020 through Spring 2021), Ship them directly in a prepaid container. Family notified if test positive for COVID-19. Three blood draws for adults (optional for children) for antibody testing, can be done in your home. Weekly and monthly online questionnaires. Monthly compensation for each participant and household for reporting and specimen collection. Compensation for blood draws. You are eligible if you: Live in Washington Heights/Inwood or Hamilton Heights, NYC, Have 2+ people in your home, at least one is a child (under 18 years of age), and Speak English or Spanish.
