Additional Study Information: The purpose of this study is to: 1. Determine if a tele-rehabilitation home exercise program is helpful in promoting adherence to an exercise program in adults with CP and 2. to determine if a tele-health exercise program improves fitness and functional mobility in adults with CP. This study involves participation in a 10-week remote (Zoom) program to promote fitness and functional mobility in adults with CP. Participants will complete an initial session on Zoom where we will take measurements and set individualized goals. Then participants will engage in a tailored home exercise program for 30 min/day, 5 days/week for 8 weeks (150 minutes of exercise per week.). Participants will receive weekly coaching sessions with an exercise coach. In the final session, we will take measurements again and assess if the program helped you meet your goals.
