Additional Study Information:
We are looking for children between the ages of 8-14 with Type 1 diabetes and without Type 1 diabetes who are interested to participate on a research study to find out how bones are affected in children and adolescents with Type 1 diabetes as compared to people without Type 1 diabetes.

| Does your child have Celiac Disease or Hyperthyroidism? | Yes | No |
| Does your child have Type 2 Diabetes, Addison's Disease, Liver Disease, Cancer, Cushing's Disease, Lung Disease, or Anorexia? | Yes | No |
| Is your child taking Antiseizure medication or on Growth Hormone treatment? | Yes | No |
