In this study, we are evaluating a 30-minute pharmacist-led video consultation to provide education about your new oral anti-cancer drug (OACD) and help identify and manage potential drug-drug interactions alongside your oncologist. Our study aims to evaluate a one-time, 30-minute pharmacist-led video visit among patients starting OACDs. During the video visit, a pharmacist will speak with you about potential drug-drug interactions between your cancer treatment and the other medications on your list, make recommendations about medication management (which will also be directly communicated to your oncologist), provide education about your new OACD, and answer your questions. You can participate in this study at home on your own electronic device (a phone, tablet, or computer) or in your oncologist's office using a tablet borrowed from the clinic. Cancers may include bladder cancer, blood & marrow stem cell transplantation, brain and spinal tumors, breast cancer, colon and rectal cancer, esophageal cancer, gynecologic cancers, head and neck/oral cancers, kidney cancer, leukemia, liver cancer, lung cancer, lymphoma, skin cancers, multiple myeloma, pancreatic cancer, prostate cancer, bone and soft tissue cancer, stomach cancer, testicular cancer, and thyroid cancer.
