This study examines how emotions, stress, and physical activity may influence hormones in your body, measured in saliva. Participants will collect saliva every hour on two separate days, wear a chest band and wristband for a total of 6 days, and complete online questionnaires. All portions of the study are completed at home. Supplies are sent to participants by mail, and returned by mail in a pre-paid package. The three main components of this study are: 1) Wearing a comfortable chest band to monitor heart rate, and a wristband that monitors movement for the duration of the study. 2) A 40-60-min questionnaire package to be completed online. 3) On two separate days (one weekday, one weekend), collecting saliva and completing a quick survey on mood, food intake and physical activity every hour from the time of awakening to bedtime. Participants will receive $120 plus a $20 bonus for collecting all samples/questionnaires, paid through a pre-loaded payment card.
