Additional Study Information: Do you have Schizophrenia, or Schizoaffective Disorder? You May Participate in a Research Study if: between the ages of 18 and 65, willing to take an FDA-approved antipsychotic medication, and do not have an allergy to clozapine. Reimbursement for travel expenses and time for: 3 initial outpatient visits (2-3 hours total), 24 weekly outpatient visits, Questionnaires, and blood draws.
