Researchers at Columbia University Irving Medical Center are asking for your help. We are recruiting people 3-75 years of age. We are looking at how a report that contains information about genetic risk for some health conditions may help you and your care providers make decisions about your health. You may be eligible if you receive care at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. The study asks for a blood or saliva sample for DNA. Surveys can be completed online or over the phone.
