Additional Study Information: The purposes of this study are (1) to determine clinical outcomes for infants 90 days with viral LRTIs across the spectrum of viral pathogens, (2) to derive a preliminary prediction model to stratify illness severity in infants 90 days with viral LRTIs and (3) to identify RSV genotypes associated with severe illness in infants 90 days with RSV LRTIs.
