This study aims to understand if Camp Kidpower, a training using either structured games orchild-led play, lowers anxiety in 4.0 to 5.99-year-old children. The training will be deliveredover 5 sessions to small groups of children at the New York State Psychiatric Institute. Beforeand after camp, parents will participate in clinical assessments about their child (remote), andchildren will get an EEG (electroencephalogram; a non-invasive way to look at brain activity)and perform other activities to assess behavior (in-person). Your family will receivecompensation up to $275 for participating in this study.
