Additional Study Information: We are doing this research study to learn more about the lived experiences of discrimination and oppression based on race, sexual orientation, and HIV-status among Black men who have sex with men and live with HIV. We are interested in understanding how these experiences influence antiretroviral therapy use. Black men who have sex with men are heavily affected by the HIV epidemic in the US. When antiretroviral therapy is not continually used, there is a higher risk of not being able to suppress HIV replication. Through our research, we aim to design an evidence-based intervention for Black men who have sex with men and live with HIV to address discrimination and improve continued use of antiretroviral therapy.
