The purpose of this research is to learn about types of practice that may benefit stroke survivors when learning to use their weaker arm to perform a task. Potential participants will be asked to come to Columbia University Irving Medical Center (CUIMC) for a screening session. Eligible participants will be randomized into two groups with different practice conditions. Participants will then be asked to complete assessments and practice a motor task using both their weaker and stronger arms for 3 consecutive days at CUIMC. Participants will receive a $150 in a prepaid card for completing all three visits of the study ($50 per visit).
