Additional Study Information: We are currently looking for healthy, nonsmoking adults ages 45-65yrs who are dissatisfied with their sleep to participate in a sleep study. Participants should find their sleep not refreshing but not taking external sleep aids. Participants must be willing to eat different foods for two periods of 4 days and undergo testing over a 24-hour period at the Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Compensation of up to $250 will be provided for completing all study measurements.
