Additional Study Information: Researchers at Columbia University School of Nursing are investigating how daily life experiences (such as stressful events) are associated with mental health, health behaviors, and blood pressure in adults. We are recruiting non-pregnant English-speaking adults between the ages of 18-64 who have no history of hypertension or cardiovascular disease. Participants will be asked to complete daily surveys, saliva samples, blood pressure readings, and wear a specialized wristwatch at home for 1 week. Participants will receive up to $175 in electronic gift cards for completing the study.
