Additional Study Information: The main purpose of this study is to deeply characterize cognitive function in liver transplant recipients, differentiate among different causes of cognitive impairment, and identify contributors to cognitive impairment. Participants will receive a comprehensive neurological exam, cognitive assessment, neuropsychological testing, MRI of the brain, and blood tests over the course of 1 to 2 days.
