The purpose of this study is to explore sources of stress, stress management techniques, and health behaviors associated with heart disease risk among transgender and gender diverse adults (ages 35 to 64 years). We also hope to identify preferences for an intervention to reduce heart disease risk among transgender and gender diverse adults. Participants will participate in a 1-hour visit to complete a questionnaire and interview on Zoom with a research team member. Participants will obtain a $75 electronic gift card for completing the study.
