Additional Study Information: A study looking at improving gut health and cognitive symptoms in Long COVID patients. A 4-week study taking a prebiotic (fiber) with a probiotic bacteria (Synbiotic). The study involves 2 in-person study visits which involves online surveys, cognitive testing, blood samples, stool samples, and rectal swab samples. Each completed study visit pays you $80 in the form of a paycard.

After infection with SARS-COV2, did you experience ongoing fatigue, cognitive impairment, or orthostatic intolerance? Yes No
Are you currently taking probiotics, prebiotics, fiber supplements, antibiotics, immunomodulatory or immunosuppressive drugs? Yes No
Do you have a history of liver cirrhosis, inflammatory bowel disease, or other major conditions related to the colon? Yes No
Do you have an allergy to probiotics, prebiotics, or fibers? Yes No
Do you have a serious illness that required entry to the hospital anytime with the last 30 days? Yes No
