Additional Study Information: The purpose of this study is to find out if performing Magnetic Resonance Image (MRI) scans of your brain with adaptive planning during your radiation treatment of your high-grade glioma will help determine how sensitive the images collected of the brain are at detecting the response of the tumor to the cancer treatment. In this study, four or seven MRI scans will be performed for research purposes, one after surgery within 2 weeks prior to your standard of care chemotherapy radiation treatment (chemo-RT), then once a week for each week that you receive radiation. The amount of radiation that you receive will be determined by the pathology report results and your age. Your doctor will tell you how much radiation you will receive.
