Additional Study Information: We are seeking female menstruating subjects to determine the level of PFAS present in feminine hygiene products. We will ask subjects to provide both a used and unused tampon to measure levels of these chemicals.

Have you used tampons during at least 1 of the last 3 menstrual cycles? Yes No
Do you typically use tampons during menstruation? Yes No
Are you willing to provide used tampons samples from an upcoming menstruation? Yes No
Can you store and transport the used tampons in a provided kit within 24 hours of use? Yes No
Are you willing to provide a finger-prick blood sample? Yes No
