Additional Study Information: The Columbia University Department of Otolaryngology is interested in understanding altered flavor perception through the Cognitive Flavor Assessment Protocol (CFAP), a novel multisensory diagnostic and training framework that links smell and taste function to cognitive and emotional health. You can participate in this study if you are an adult between 18 and 70 years old and have received a diagnosis of COVID-19 at least 6 months prior to enrollment.
