We are looking to recruit women (ages 18-40) who have problems sleeping to help with the development of an artificial intelligence-based tool that will help improve sleep among young women. The study includes two parts. Participants will be compensated $150 for completing the first part of the study and $75 for completing the second part. The first part of the study includes: 1) Completing two in-person visits at the Columbia University School of Nursing, 2) Wearing a special wristwatch to measure sleep for 7 days, 3) Completing daily sleep surveys that will be texted to your cellphone, and 4) Completing an interview about your sleep and past stressful experiences. We will design an artificial intelligence-based tool to help improve sleep among young women based on the results of the first part of the study. The second part of the study includes completing one virtual visit on Zoom that includes: 1) Interacting with an artificial intelligence-based tool complete an interview, and 2) Completing an interview and brief survey about your experience interacting with the artificial intelligence-based tool.
