Additional Study Information: The iSYNAPSE study is a multi-center clinical trial for children who have received a liver transplant and are taking a medication that suppresses the immune system. The goal of the study is to see if we can safely reduce the dose of the immunosuppressive medication that participants are taking. Study participation will last 18 months and will consist of in-person visits, phone calls, and lab visits. If you have any questions regarding this study, please contact the Transplant Clinical Research Center (TCRC).

Did your child undergo a liver transplant? Yes No
Was your child less than 7 years old at the time of their liver transplant? Yes No
Was the liver transplant at least 3 years ago, BUT no more than 7 years ago? Yes No
Is your child on Prograf (tacrolimus) to prevent rejection of their liver transplant? Yes No
