Additional Study Information: The purpose of this study is to better understand how common CTEPH is, how the disease affects the body, and how different treatments work. This is in hope to learn how to better care for patients with this disease. Participants will be asked to complete questionnaires about their quality of life and symptoms and medical records will be looked at.
