Additional Study Information: The overall goal of this project is to determine whether short sleep duration is a risk factor for cardiovascular disease in women. We are currently looking for healthy, non-smoking women to participate in a sleep study. You must be willing to come to Columbia University Medical Center once a week for two 6-week periods and regularly sleep at least 7-9 hours/night. Compensation up to $1,600 will be provided.
