We are currently looking for men and women, age 18-65 y, to participate in a sleep study. To participate you must have experienced insomnia (difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or experiencing sleep that is unrefreshing) for at least 1 month. This is a 2-phase outpatient and inpatient study. We will test 2 different non-drug based methods to improve your sleep. The total duration of the study is about 6 weeks, including 2 separate overnight stays in the lab. We will measure your sleep quality, administer questionnaires, and collect blood samples. Compensation will be provided up to $300 for completing both phases.
