We are recruiting adults with bipolar disorder, and adults with no psychiatric disorder, ages 18-60 years. As a participant in our study, you will be asked to attend one remote or in-person visit and one to two in-person visits. The purpose of this clinical research study is to develop a sample collection method that is less invasive than current endometrial sampling methods (uterine sample collection) and develop a diagnostic test from these samples which is as informative in diagnosing the absence of endometrial (uterine) cancer as currently available methods.
