Additional Study Information: The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of dietary flavanols on brain activity.Flavanols represent a specific group of plant-derived nutrients that are found in cocoabeans, grapes, tea, berries and various other fruits and vegetables. The specificflavanols investigated in this study come from cocoa. You are being asked to participate because you are a healthy subject between the age of 50 and 69 years old. http://cumcmemorystudy.com/
