We are currently looking for men and non-pregnant women aged 40 years and above to participate in an at-home study on sleep and activity patterns in relation to blood pressure and blood glucose. Participants should not have critical/severe illness and should not be on dialysis or have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device. You must be willing to come to the research center for an initial 45-minute study visit to complete questionnaires and a blood draw. You will need to wear a wrist tracker to assess your sleep and activity habits and complete blood pressure assessments at home for one week. Compensation of $100 will be provided at the end of the 1 week study period. You will have the option to additionally wear a glucose sensor during the one-week study period for an additional $50 compensation.
