Additional Study Information: We are recruiting volunteers aged 18-55 for a research study determining how an FDA approved medication called Cobenfy affects brain chemicals and brain activity in healthy adults. To do this, participants receive either the study medication or a placebo, along with a low, medium, or high dose of ketamine, which is used in a controlled research setting, to temporarily affect glutamate signaling in the brain. Throughout the study, participants undergo MRI scans so researchers can measure how the medication changes brain activity and brain chemistry. Participation lasts about 4 to 6 weeks, and compensation is up to $2000 if all components of the study are completed.
